We’re honest with people. It doesn’t do you any good to be told apply for this case when we know that it’s highly unlikely that you’re going to qualify. You need to know the truth so that you can plan your life. If you sit around for three years thinking you’re going to get these and really you’re not, I’ve had clients where I told them I just don’t think you’re going to qualify. I think you should be working. And everyone in his family had been telling him he was disabled. I was the first person to tell him go to work. And he went and got a job. He came back to me and thanked me because he was happier! He was happier because he was working. People don’t want to be disabled. But there’s a human element to all of this. Some of the judges are more claimant-friendly than others, and there’s a variety of range of reasonableness that one judge may have found you disabled and the other one found you not, and both of them could be reasonable.
