Ms. Rackley graduated from Northeastern State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1979 and then entered the University of Tulsa College of Law graduating in May, 1982. She attended undergraduate and law school while maintaining full-time employment as a legal assistant and raising a family.
She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Oklahoma in October, 1982, and has been a shareholder with the law firms of Luton and Rackley (1982-1997) and Riggs, Abney (1997-2008). Victoria was in private practice in her own firm from June, 2008, until merging with Troutman & Troutman.
Since 1993, Ms. Rackley has primarily focused her practice on Social Security disability. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and regularly attends NOSSCR conferences.
People in Eastern Oklahoma who are disabled and seeking Social Security benefits need trusted and understanding attorneys.
