Erin Stackenwalt received her B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2001. She also received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006. Ms. Stackenwalt graduated law school with highest honors and a class rank of 13 out of 176 graduates. While attending the University of Tulsa, Mrs. Stackenwalt was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She also received the CALI Award of Excellence for contracts, constitutional law, and conflict of laws. She was voted Outstanding Senior Staff Member of the Energy Law Journal and received the Order of the Curule Chair for outstanding academic achievement and service to the law school.
Ms. Stackenwalt is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. She limits her practice to the representation of claimants before the Social Security Administration and to federal court appellate advocacy of Social Security claims. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR).
